2024 Bryterlater Orange

Region: North Canterbury
Blend: Sauvignon Blanc 80%, Pinot Gris 15% & Riesling 5%
This wine was created from a multitude of picks across three seperate days, all towards the end of harvest to achieve ripeness and balance. Destemmed Sauvignon Blanc with whole bunch Pinot Gris and Riesling are fermented in old stainless steel cream vats with minimal extraction for 13 days. The wine was then pressed off and settled and finished fermentation in amphora and seasoned oak puncheon.
