Organic Pinot Noir

Description

This Pinot Noir is made with Organic grapes grown on O naturel land. Picked in March helped by our precious friends, it was destemmed and fermented with wild yeasts. On skins for 15 days, it was aged in stainless steel barrels to keep the crunchy freshness of Pinot Noir without the meddling of oak.

No additions, unfined, unfiltered, no sulphur
