Organic Chardonnay

Description

This Chardonnay is made from organic grapes harvested of O naturel land. It was whole bunch pressed, fermented with the wild yeasts in stainless steel barrels. The wine went through malolactic fermentation and was left to age on lees for 10 months to add texture and toasty/nutty aromas.
