Pinot Noir from the Luxston vineyard in Eyrewell Forest and Church Road in Waipara, both direct pressed, with a splash of skin fermented Sauvignon Blanc for verticality. Raised in a mixture of neutral oak barrels and stainless steel.

Poised, bright and textural.

Unfined and unfiltered. Minimal added sulphites.
